Carter

Carter is a young rat terrier who is full of confidence, and energy.

He is always the first dog to be at the gate waiting for the staff to greet them good morning.

He will push his way to the front of the dogs to make sure he is the one who gets to go for walkies first.

He is a little busybody and would be great for a family who loves going for walks and hikes.

He is very affectionate but needs to learn how to listen and wait. However, please remember that is because he is still young.
