Meet the wonderful Bulé! Surrendered to Adana in 2021, she is now about 8 years of age and has always been a sanctuary favourite because of her affectionate nature and quizzical looks. A true old-school dog, Bulé is loyal, playful and resilient with a great sense of humour. Her likes include the car, walks, rivers, parks, breadsticks and comfy sofas where she can stretch out and snore contentedly. Dislikes include cats, and other dogs getting attention whilst in her vicinity; she does have rather a protective streak which is why we feel that ideally she would benefit from being the only dog in the home - somewhere with a lot of space so she can potter about and follow you around all day.

Bulé has recently recovered from a health issue which is now firmly under control: a nasty case of Leishmaniosis. It caused a reaction in her facial area, and meant she has had to wear a lampshade collar for the last 2 months, as well as having 2 daily injections and other medicines to combat the disease. This intense treatment was undertaken whilst she was in foster care where she was able to relax and enjoy being pampered!
