Meet Brenny - your very own pocket-sized Belgian Shepherd!

Are you a fan of Belgian Shepherds but don't quite have the space - or perhaps the strength - for the full-sized version? Well, allow us to introduce Brenny, the answer to your prayers...

He is, quite frankly, a perfectly formed miniature Belgian Shepherd. All the looks, all the personality, all the alertnes - just conveniently packaged in a smaller, more manageable model. We think he may be the Belgian Shepherd equivalent of a compact car - small enough to fit anywhere, but still ready to go wherever the action is!

Brenny was found wandering around El Padrón and, when he arrived at Adana, he was very skinny and understandably wary. We suspect he may have been fending for himself for some time. But just look at him now! After settling into shelter life, he has become so much more confident that he can seem like a completely different dog.

These days, Brenny is very keen to come over and say hello. He loves being made a fuss of and is more than happy to accept some well-deserved attention. That said, he is still very much a Belgian Shepherd at heart, so while he's enjoying his cuddles, one ear is always on duty... There might be something happening somewhere, and Brenny intends to know about it - and, ideally, join in.

He's been part of several different canine combinations during his time with us and has proved to be a brilliant mixer. He gets on wonderfully with his penmates and is happiest when he's part of the gang. If there's something going on, Brenny would like to be involved, please!

He is also a lovely boy to walk. He's good on the lead, enjoys getting out and about and positively lights up when he realises he's been chosen for a trip to the river and back. And then there are the treats. Brenny is very enthusiastic about treats and has already worked out which volunteers are carrying the premium selection. A boy needs to have standards, after all.

Brenny may be smaller than your average Belgian Shepherd, but he certainly hasn't missed out on the character. He's bright, sociable, active, affectionate and always ready for the next adventure. He would love a home where he can be part of the family, have plenty to keep his clever little brain occupied, enjoy good walks and, naturally, continue his important research into the distribution of snacks.
