Ellie

Ellie is one of three siblings who were caught and brought in to the shelter together.

It was obvious that the three of them were not used to any human contact at all.

They had been used to having to fend for themselves, rummaging around the bins for food. But within a few weeks, she has learned to socialize with other dogs and with the volunteers as well.

She runs and plays with her new friends in the large pen area, but is still a little hesitant to come forward when we call for walkies. But this pretty girl is getting there.

Ellie, with her sweet nature and newfound courage, is on the hunt for a forever home where she can thrive.

Though she started off a bit shy, she's showing she's ready to soak up all the love and adventure life has to offer.
