Fresco

Meet Fresco...

With his handsome russet-red coat and bright amber eyes, Fresco is quite the head-turner. Found in the countryside around San Pedro with his sister, he arrived at Adana as a puppy of around six months old. That was over four years ago. Hard to believe, isn't it? The extremely timid youngster who first came through our gates has grown into a dog with a big personality, a lovely nature and an enormous amount of affection to share. Now all he needs is someone to share it with.

Fresco absolutely loves people, and when it comes to cuddles, he operates on a simple principle: the more, the better! Give him a fuss and he'll happily soak it up, stop for a moment and he'll probably be back to see if you've finished yet. There's always room for another cuddle in Fresco's world, and his friendly, affectionate nature makes him a truly lovely dog to spend time with. He's the sort who makes you wonder how on earth a dog this special has been waiting so long.

As a Podenco cross, he has some wonderful qualities to bring to family life. Podencos are intelligent, curious and usually athletic dogs, often with a playful streak and a strong instinct to explore the world through their noses. They can make fantastic companions, enjoying walks, adventures and games just as much as the quieter pleasures of home life. Fresco also has a healthy appreciation for the finer things in life, particularly anything edible! Treats are always welcome, so a few extra walkies would help him get back into tip-top shape. Think of it as a little motivation for both of you.

Four years is a very long time to wait for a home of your own, especially when you have so much love to give. he has grown from a timid puppy into a friendly, affectionate companion, and we would love nothing more than to see him finally get his chance at family life. Could you be the person who makes those long years of waiting worthwhile? Come and meet Fresco - your share of the cuddles is ready and waiting!
