Betty

Meet Betty - one of our three adorable “little dumplings” who arrived at Adana at around eight weeks old.

Her wonderfully distinctive Minnie Mouse-style markings give her a permanently expressive little look, as though she’s about to star in her own cartoon adventure, which instantly makes us all smile. Betty is already proving herself to be playful, affectionate, and full of character, happily bouncing through puppy life with a mixture of fascination and confusion with the world around her. Like any good Disney heroine, she seems determined to charm absolutely everyone she meets.

As for Betty’s breed mix, your guess is currently as good as ours. We do know that Mum was a Podenco, which could mean she grows into a clever, loyal, active companion with plenty of personality behind those famous little markings. Of course, adopting a rescue puppy also means embracing the less glamorous side of the story - puppy zoomies at inconvenient moments, chewed shoelaces, toilet training, selective hearing, and discovering that “what’s in your mouth?” becomes a full-time phrase. But with patience, guidance, and love, Betty has all the ingredients to grow into a wonderful lifelong companion.
