Meet Delana

Delana has arrived at our shelter with her three brothers, at around 8 weeks old. This gorgeous little girl is everything a puppy should be - curious, cuddly and completely adorable. Right now she's a fluffy bundle of paws and mischief, but don't be fooled by her small size; Delana is a Spanish Mastín pup, and is expected to grow into a wonderfully large dog.

Spanish Mastíns are famous for their gentle, loyal nature. Bred for centuries as livestock guardians, they are known for being calm, devoted companions who form strong bonds with their families. While they may become impressive in size, they are often affectionate giants at heart, happy to spend their days keeping a watchful eye on their loved ones before settling down for a well-earned snooze.

As with any Mastín puppy, Delana will need a family committed to helping her grow into a confident, well-mannered adult through positive training, socialisation, and plenty of love. In return, she'll reward her lucky family with years of loyalty, companionship, and those irresistible Mastín cuddles.
