Scarla

Scarla is a beautiful black and white Podenco/Border Collie cross with a gentle soul and a quiet strength. She was found dodging traffic on a busy road, and it’s clear she’s been through a frightening ordeal. We believe she may have recently had puppies, though sadly they were never found, so much of her story remains unknown. Understandably, she’s still a little shaky sometimes - but beneath that uncertainty is a brave and affectionate girl who is learning to trust again.

Once she feels safe, Scarla shows her loving nature and a sweet curiosity about everything going on around her. She watches the world with interest and enjoys human attention, leaning in for snuggles, as her confidence grows. With her Podenco and Border Collie background, Scarla is an intelligent, sensitive, and active dog who will thrive with gentle guidance, patience, and positive reinforcement. In the right home, she has all the potential to blossom into a fun, loyal and deeply connected companion.
