Meet Scout, one from a mystery "selection box" of five puppies who were found together and brought safely to the shelter.

They all arrived in good health and are currently thriving under the loving care of one of our wonderful foster mums, who is helping each of their unique personalities shine through. Every day brings a new discovery - and Scout is making quite the impression.

If every puppy gang has a ringleader, Scout has happily nominated himself for the role. Bold, brave and bursting with character, he's usually the first to investigate anything new. A strange toy? Scout's on the case. A new corner of the garden? He's already explored it. A new adventure? Count him in! Although he's an adventurous little soul, Scout is still very much a puppy. After a busy day of exploring, playing and leading the charge, he's more than happy to settle down for cuddles and a well-earned snooze.
