Adana has been a big part of my life for the past 7 years & started as a volunteer walking the dogs in the beautiful mountainside & cleaning out the pens, which gave me the opportunity of really getting to know the dogs individual personalities.

Then I got involved with the monthly Friday cake mornings with the help of other dedicated volunteers & then started getting into organising some of the fund raising events which helps towards our ongoing running costs for food, medication, vets fees & necessary improvements to the shelter to ensure the dogs are in a safe & clean environment until they find their forever homes.

A few years ago I was invited onto the board & 18 months ago was privileged to be voted in as Vice president & proud to be part of a very strong team of 4 very dedicated ladies, with our main aim being the safe welfare of our dogs.

And yes of course how can you not fall in love with these wonderful babies, so over the years we have adopted 5 amazingly, beautiful natured fur babies, who are my absolute pride & joy.
